Example. A nanny on €60,000 gross a year: placement fee €12,000. The €500 deposit is already paid, so €11,500 is invoiced on signature. Nothing else, ever.
Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable. The nanny is employed by your family on a declared contract; her salary is paid by you, not through Lumière.
Three months. Then two more on every replacement. Up to three times.
Most agencies stop at three months. We don't.
Most agencies offer a single three-month guarantee. Ours continues: if the placed candidate is not the right fit within the first three months, we re-match at no further cost — and the replacement is covered for a further two months, as is the next, up to three replacement candidates.
No family has yet needed the third.
